2000: Graduation in Food Sciences & Technologies, at the University of Molise. Title: "The role of water in oxidation kinetics of several butter typologies. A study of Optical Microscopy and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance"

2000-2003: PhD in Applied Biochemistry and Chemistry at the University of Molise. Title: " Processes of Biotransformations in Supramolecular Systems ".

2000-2004: Studies and research activity at the Department of Chemistry, University of Bari, Bari, Italy; Department of Industrial Chemistry, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy; Department of Food Technology, Campobasso, Italy.

2004-2006: Post- doc fellowhisp at the Department of Food Technology (DISTAAM), University of Molise Campobasso.

2007: Researcher of an International project at the Health Institute of Montenegro and at Department of Food Technology (DISTAAM).
