CSGI researchers (Cristina Carucci, Drew F. Parsons, Andrea Salis) have published a new paper in the prestigious journal ACS Nano.
Titled Buffer Specificity of Ionizable Lipid Nanoparticle Transfection Efficiency and Bulk Phase Transition, it describes the effects of weak electrolytes on the structure of lipid nanoparticles used for the transport of mRNA vaccines.
