GREENART project - Coordinated by CSGI - was one of the European funded projects showcased in the EU Pavilion at the Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai, which took place in Japan from 3 to 5 May 2025.
The event spotlighted the international collaboration between European and Japanese partners, particularly the University of Tokyo and Shiseido. The exhibition showcased hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge, sustainable art restoration techniques developed within the project. GREENART presented its cutting-edge research and solutions for the sustainable conservation of cultural heritage, exploring the connections between art restoration and cosmetic technologies under the theme: “Sustainable Materials: From Art to Cosmetics.”
