2008-2009: Researcher at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Florence.

2009-2013: Researcher at the Department of Environmental Biotechnology, Delft University of Technology.

2012: PhD degree in Methods and Technologies for Environmental Monitoring at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Florence and Department of University of Basilicata.
