1989: Degree certificate in civil engineering at Ancona University.Degree thesis: “Steel corrosion in concrete immersed in seawater”.

1989-2001: Manager of the technical department and of the material testing laboratory at Enco, Engineering Concrete Company, at Spresiano (TV).

2001-2004: MAPEI S.p.A. Technical Service Manager.

2005 - present time: Professor at University of Bergamo - Faculty of Engineering.



Awards

2000: American Concrete Institute (ACI) and Canadian Institute of Materials, Energy and Transportation (CANMET) for the "Outstanding and sustained contributions to enhace the Durability of Concrete".
